Hi Beautiful!

I hope you all are doing well and staying safe in the midst of all this uncertainty. Due to Covid-19, I have had to postpone my acts of donating these past few months— as I give 10% of every full set & makeup application to different non-profit organizations.

I have decided to donate to International's Justice Mission (IJM) where they strive to end global exploitation & help strengthen the justice system. IJM aids in restoring justice by locating victims and bringing them to safety, bringing criminals to court & rehabilitate victims of trafficking.

There are so many calls to help in the world, modern-day injustices & forms of slavery— Sex trafficking is one of the issues that need to be brought to an end.

​Lash Service Moving Forward

Hello beautiful!

Once lash services are allowed to reopen in Ontario, these are the following safety measures that will be put in place to ensure both client's and technician's health and safety moving forward. Before booking an appointment: Please make sure you are not sick. If you have been in contact with someone that has been exposed to Covid-19 or reside with individuals that are more susceptible to Covid-19, please refrain from booking an appointment. Moreover, if you have traveled within 3 months, you will not be able to book an appointment.

Safety measures on our end:

Tools will be sterilized with a mixture of CaviCide and water to kill any bacteria. CaviCide is a medical-grade cleaner, stronger than your average barbicide disinfectant. CaviCide prevents cross-contamination on medical surfaces in addition to eliminating and preventing 14 different types of bacteria including Salmonella enterica, Herpes Simplex virus, Hepatitis B virus, Hepatitis C virus, and Influenza A2 virus. Hands are washed and sanitized pre/post-session. Moreover, the lash bed is sanitized with a disinfectant pre/post lash session. Finally, face masks are worn at all times.

Client expectations:

Please wear a face mask. There will be minimal to no conversation during a lash session to prevent the potential spread of cold or virus. Wishing you all well during this time!

Beautiful World: Charity Water

Hello, beautiful!

Every 4 months, Victoria V Makeup donates 10% of profits from every full lash set and makeup session to various non-profit organizations, to make the world a beautiful place.

​With all the love from my lash and makeup clients from September to December, we were able to help provide access to clean drinking water in developing communities! Men, women, and children in these developing countries spend the majority of their day walking far distances to get access to clean water for their families. The lack of clean water within close distance keeps children out of school and, it hinders parents from earning income to help better the livelihood of their family. Thank you for all the love and support.

Beautiful World: The Woman's Project

Hey Beautiful,
With all the love and support from everyone that chose to book services through Victoria V Makeup; we were able to raise $250 for Samaritans pursuit: the Woman’s project!

From the month of May-August, 10% of every full set Lash & Makeup service was donated to Samaritans Purse: The Woman’s Project
Sarmatians Pursuit is a Faith based organization that helps meet the needs of those that are victims of war, poverty, disease & famine. The woman’s project specifically focus’ in on helping women that face exploitation, abuse and abandonment. Samaritans Pursue provides these woman with vocational training, general & maternal health. There is nothing more beautiful than lending a hand out into the world. My goal is to use the art of makeup & lash artistry to empower individuals and create positive change.

Beautiful World: Tee Up for Mental Health

​Hey Loves!
I’m happy to say that together from the month of January - March we were able to donate $100 to the non-profit organization Tee Up for Mental Health!
If you don’t Know, Tee Up for mental health is a local Non-profit charity that has a fundraising relationship with The skills for safer living program. The Skills for Safer Living program runs for twenty weeks and provides group participants the opportunity to develop specific strategies and skills to identify, interrupt, and change their behaviour about suicide.
Together we were able to be apart in ensuring that others have a safe space to cope and be open about their struggles, depression and anxiety. Mental health is a important and at times is chosen to be swept under the rug, or ignored; It is 100% okay to be open about your mental state and there are safe spaces to share!
