Beautiful World: Tee Up for Mental Health

​Hey Loves!
I’m happy to say that together from the month of January - March we were able to donate $100 to the non-profit organization Tee Up for Mental Health!
If you don’t Know, Tee Up for mental health is a local Non-profit charity that has a fundraising relationship with The skills for safer living program. The Skills for Safer Living program runs for twenty weeks and provides group participants the opportunity to develop specific strategies and skills to identify, interrupt, and change their behaviour about suicide.
Together we were able to be apart in ensuring that others have a safe space to cope and be open about their struggles, depression and anxiety. Mental health is a important and at times is chosen to be swept under the rug, or ignored; It is 100% okay to be open about your mental state and there are safe spaces to share!
